Article 1: Scope

These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using RankTuber, operated by Benzie Inc. By using the service, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 2: Service

RankTuber provides rankings and information about YouTube channels, including subscriber counts, views, videos, live status, categories, and analysis based on public information, YouTube Data API data, our database, and our own aggregation methods.

Article 3: Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of information displayed on the service. Rankings, growth values, AI summaries, and analysis are provided for reference and may differ from official YouTube information.

Article 4: Prohibited Acts

Users must not perform unauthorized access, excessive access, scraping that causes unreasonable load, infringement of rights, illegal acts, acts contrary to public order and morals, or acts that interfere with service operation.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

Rights to designs, text, aggregation logic, programs, and other content created by us belong to us or their rightful owners. Rights related to YouTube, channel names, videos, thumbnails, and related materials belong to their respective owners.

Article 6: External Services

The service may contain links to YouTube and other external services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, failures, or damages related to external services.

Article 7: Changes and Suspension

We may change, add, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice. We are not responsible for damages arising from such actions.

Article 8: Disclaimer

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by us, we are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Users are responsible for decisions made based on service information.

Article 9: Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms as necessary. Revised terms take effect when posted on the service.

Article 10: Governing Law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
